Song #2 from an old mixtape.

First heard this song about 5-6 years ago in college.  It was probably one of of the happiest songs I heard. How can you listen to it and not feel decent?  And since it is once again raining again in our sunny southern CA, I feel it right for today.

It may even sound familiar, as I have heard it in several commercials/movies.
